• By submitting content to DistroTune Digital, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to distribute, promote, and monetize your music through the platforms we partner with.
• You affirm, represent, and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to grant the above license to DistroTune Digital.

5. Royalties and Payments

• DistroTune Digital will collect royalties generated from the distribution of your music to third-party platforms and pay you in accordance with the rates and timelines specified in your agreement.
• Payments will be made via the payment method provided by you during registration.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment details are accurate and up to date.
• DistroTune Digital reserves the right to withhold or delay payments if we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity.

6. Content Restrictions

You agree not to submit any content that:

• Infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights;
• Contains unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or offensive material;
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations;
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities.

We reserve the right to remove or block any content that violates these restrictions.

7. Termination

• DistroTune Digital reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms & Conditions or if we suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.
